New agents join Southern University Ag Center

Six new agents have begun working for the Southern University Ag Center parish offices across the state. We gladly welcome:

Angela Myles, assistant area agent, youth development to St. Helena* and Tangipahoa parishes. Myles is a native of Greensburg and holds a bachelor of science degree in child development from Southern University; formerly a Quad Area Head Start lead teacher. Patricia Lee, assistant area agent, family and consumer sciences to Desoto* and Caddo parishes. Lee is a native of Shreveport and holds a bachelor of science degree in food and nutrition from Southern University. She is formerly a special education teacher with the Bossier Parish School System. Hendrix Broussard, assistant area agent, youth development, to Orleans Parish. Broussard is a native of Thibodaux and holds a bachelor of science degree in animal science from Southern University. Carol Sensley, assistant area agent, family and consumer sciences, to Calcasieu* and Jefferson Davis parishes. Sensley is a native of Lake Charles and holds a bachelor of arts degree in physical education from the University of Louisville, KY. Odis Hill, assistant area agent, to Morehouse* and Union parishes. Hill is a native of Bastrop and holds a bachelor of science degree in agricultural economics from Southern University. Latonia Morrison-Frank, MBA, market analyst/developer, to the Southwest Center for Rural Initiatives located in St. Landry Parish. A native of Opelousas and a graduate of Grambling State University and the University of Dallas, Morrison-Frank has extensive experience in analyzing, operations planning, reporting and development of budget and forecasting processes, 2002-2004. She will be housed at the Southwest Center for Rural Initiatives in Opelousas, where her analytical abilities will bring forth information to help with economic and community development for the center's ten-parish region.
